Before installation measure length of a rod of a fork (fig. 6.24):

– for cars with left-side management: X1 = 163,7 mm;

– for cars with right-hand management: X1 = 133,2 mm.

If length does not correspond to specified, replace the amplifier.

ATTENTION Check existence and blocking of a connecting axis between a pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and a pedal of a brake.

Establish the vacuum amplifier of brakes, without fixing on him a pusher.

Tighten two fixing bolts of the vacuum amplifier of brakes the moment of 21 N · m.

Install the main brake cylinder on the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Tighten two nuts of fastening of the main brake cylinder the moment of 50 N · m.

Check situation and reliability of fixing of the holder With on a guard of a front and brake pipelines in this holder.

Make sure that the holder strut of D is in the place.

From salon establish a pusher in the vacuum amplifier of brakes and on a brake pedal.

Press a brake pedal to connect a pusher and the amplifier.

Establish into place a brake pedal fork axis.

Be convinced of reliability of fixing of an axis of a fork of a pedal of a brake on a pusher.

Install into place the trailer switch of a pedal of a brake.

Check operation of the trailer switch of a pedal of a brake (fires of a stoplight have to die away at a brake pedal otpuskaniye).

Add brake fluid.

Replace a stopper of a tank of the main brake cylinder.

Establish other removed details as it should be, the return to removal.

Attach wires to plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the plus plug.

Execute road test.
