Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Switch off the parking brake.

Remove a back wheel.

Release a cable of the drive of the parking brake.

Note the route of laying of a cable for the subsequent installation.

Turn off bolts of fastening of the directing fingers.

Remove a bracket.

Suspend a brake bracket to a body.

Remove brake shoes.

Turn off two bolts of fastening of a guide of blocks.

Remove a guide of blocks.

Check a condition of elements of the brake system (replace the damaged details).

Clear guides of blocks and a bracket.

Move the piston in the cylinder by means of special adaptation (Fre. 1190-01) against the stop (fig. 6.73).

Before installation apply on a carving of bolts of fastening of an arm of a brake bracket and guides of fingers structure of FRENBLOC (or its equivalent).

Establish a guide of blocks.

Establish bolts of fastening of a guide of blocks.

Establish cables of the drive of the parking brake.

Make sure that the stopper of a cable of the drive of the parking brake is correctly inserted into a nest (fig. 6.74).

Pull several times for the handle of the drive of the parking brake for reduction in the working condition of system of the parking brake and device of automatic compensation of wear of brake shoes.

Tighten the required moment 105 N · m bolts of fastening of a guide of blocks.

Establish new brake shoes, since an internal block.

Establish a bracket of a brake and bolts of fastening of the directing fingers.

Check the level of brake fluid.

Tighten the required moment 36 N · m bolts of fastening of the directing fingers.

Establish wheels.

Tighten the required moment 105 N · m bolts of fastening of wheels.

NOTE Press several times a brake pedal for installation of pistons into position.
