Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Disconnect the rechargeable battery.

Remove:

– screen wiper levers;

– air intake niche lattice;

Turn off bolts of fastening of the panel of access to the air filter (fig. 6.9).

Remove the panel of access to the air filter.

Remove the rechargeable battery and the shelf under the rechargeable battery.

Remove the electromagnetic valve of regulation of pressure of pressurization (fig. 6.10).

Snimte left forward wheel, flap and both mufflers of noise of an admission (fig. 6.11).

Remove:

– air intake branch pipe;

– air branch pipe;

– the air duct going from the case of the air filter;

– case of the air filter;

Separate the socket of the sensor of a mass consumption of air (fig. 6.12).

Disconnect a block of wires from a tank of the main brake cylinder.

Remove with the syringe brake fluid from a tank of the main brake cylinder.

Remove:

– the pipeline from the main cylinder of the drive of coupling;

– brake pipelines from the main brake cylinder;

– nuts of fastening of the main cylinder to the vacuum amplifier of brakes;

– the main brake cylinder together with a tank;

– a bolt of fastening of a tank to the main brake cylinder;

– tank of the main brake cylinder (fig. 6.13).

Replace cuffs of the main brake cylinder (fig. 6.14).

Correctly latch a tank on the main brake cylinder.

Establish a bolt of fastening of a tank to the main brake cylinder.

Tighten the required moment 8,5 N · m a bolt of fastening of a tank on the main brake cylinder.

Level the main brake cylinder of rather vacuum amplifier of brakes so that the pusher of the amplifier entered a nest in the case of the main cylinder (fig. 6.15).

ATTENTION At installation of the main brake cylinder center a cuff in the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Screw nuts of fastening of the main cylinder to the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Tighten the required moment 50 N · m of a nut of fastening of the main brake cylinder on the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Tighten the required moment 17 N · m of a nut of fastening of pipelines to the main brake cylinder.

Remove air from the brake system.

Connect the rechargeable battery.
