Separate the stoplight switch socket.

Turn the stoplight switch on a quarter of a turn counterclockwise (fig. 6.48).

NOTE Handle the stoplight switch with care. The rod is allowed to be moved only at adjustment of the size X of fig. 6.49).

The switch of a stoplight is subject to obligatory replacement in the following cases:

– if the rod separated from the sensor;

– if more than triple repetition of adjustment of the size X is required.

Measure the piston size X.

If the size X less than 17 mm, adjust it, having carefully pulled for the end of a rod (the size X does not exceed 18 mm).

Hand press a brake pedal.

Install the stoplight switch on pedal knot.

Fix the stoplight switch, having turned it on a quarter of a turn clockwise.

Carefully return a brake pedal to a starting position, holding it with a hand.

NOTE The switch of a stoplight is adjusted automatically depending on the provision of a pedal of a brake. At automatic adjustment clicks of transition through the fixed provisions are heard. Connect the socket. Check operation of the switch of feet – a signal: – press a pedal of a brake and be convinced of inclusion of a stoplight; – release a pedal of a brake and be convinced of switching off of a stoplight.
