This operation is carried out after removal or replacement of one of the following elements:

– main brake cylinder;

– hydroblock;

– brake fluid;

– tank of a hydraulic actuator of brakes.

Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Connect:

– the device for removal of air to a tank with brake fluid of the car;

– diagnostic unit.

Establish capacities for collecting brake fluid.

Unscrew the union for removal of air of a back right wheel.

Activate the electromagnetic valve of regulation of pressure in a brake of the right back wheel (AC156 team).

At the activated electromagnetic valve slowly press against the stop a brake pedal and slowly release it.

Such impact on a pedal allows to create in the brake system pressure the equal or exceeding 15 bars.

Wrap the corresponding union for removal of air.

Execute these operations with the following brake mechanism. Strictly observe the following order:

– left back wheel (AC155 team);

– left forward wheel (AC153 team);

– right forward wheel (AC154 team).

Disconnect the device for removal of air. Restore the level of brake fluid in a tank. Check an inhaling of unions for removal of air on brakes and existence of protective caps.

When performing road test provide operation of ABS to check correctness of the course of a pedal of a brake.

If the course of a pedal increased, repeat pumping of the brake system, excepting a contour of regulation of pressure in brakes, and pumping of a contour of regulation of pressure in brakes until the course of a pedal of a brake begins to meet standard.

It is possible to use the amount of brake fluid exceeding the capacity of the brake system.
