6.23. Removal and installation of the hydraulic block
Removal
Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.
Disconnect a battery room батарю.
Install adaptation on a brake pedal to reduce amount of the following brake fluid.
Merge coolant from a refrigerating contour.
Remove the top covers of the engine.

Turn off two bolts of fastening of the panel of access to the air filter (fig. 6.85).

Turn off a bolt of fastening of the muffler of noise of an admission and remove its (fig. 6.86).
ATTENTION
Do not damage a branch pipe of selection of depression on an inlet collector. At its breakage replace an inlet collector.

Disconnect a hose of selection of depression of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector.
Disconnect blocks of wires from ignition coils.
Disconnect a block of wires from the block of a butterfly valve.

Disconnect a block of wires from the sensor of the air temperature (fig. 6.87).
Disconnect a plait of wires from holders on the engine.

Disconnect a hose of system of catching of vapors of fuel from holders (fig. 6.88).
Turn off a bolt of fastening of the case of the air filter. Do not take out the filter case from a motor compartment.

Remove the filtering element and the case of the air filter (fig. 6.89).

Turn off bolts of fastening and remove the block of a butterfly valve (fig. 6.90).

Turn off bolts of fastening and remove an inlet collector (fig. 6.91).
Remove fastenings of the noise screen, and then – the screen.

Remove a lifting eye and the pipeline of a refrigerating contour of the conditioner between a flange on a board of a front and a receiver dehumidifier (fig. 6.92).
Remove a bolt of fastening of a tip of a wire of "mass" of EBU ABS.
Separate the EBU socket.
Unscrew unions of fastening of pipelines to the hydroblock.
Disconnect pipelines from the hydroblock.

Turn off bolts of fastening of an arm of the hydroblock (fig. 6.93).
Remove the hydroblock assembled with an arm.
Turn off bolts of fastening of the hydroblock to an arm and remove the hydroblock.
Installation
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

ATTENTION
|
Install the pipeline of a refrigerating contour of the conditioner.
Tighten the required moment:
– bolts of fastening of an arm of the hydroblock (6,5 N · l);
– bolts of fastening of pipelines on the hydroblock (14 N · l);
– bolts of fastening of an inlet collector (9 N · l);
– bolts of fastening of the hydroblock to an arm (8 N · м).
NOTE
Replace laying at each removal of the block of a butterfly valve.
Surely replace laying on the ends of the pipeline of a refrigerating contour of the conditioner.

Remove air from the brake system.
Connect the rechargeable battery.
Execute a repeated reinitsialization of the programmed extreme provisions of a butterfly valve.
Fill with coolant a refrigerating contour.
Check operability of the air conditioning system during the operation of the electric fan of salon at the maximum speed.
If in salon not cooled air moves, find a coolant utecheka.
Electric pump knot
NOTE
Cars are equipped with electric pumps of two types: for the ABS system, or for the ABS system joint with system of stabilization of a trajectory.
