By means of adaptation (B.Vi.1059) and a press establish separators of bearings against the stop in burta of a case (fig. 3.106 and 3.107).

Insert the differential case into a case, having slightly oiled bearings.
Install the bearing from planetary transfer, a ring for adjustment of a preliminary tension and a nut.

As at removal, record assembly "the differential case - the conducted gear wheel" by means of adaptation (B.Vi.1057) (fig. 3.108).
Execute a preliminary inhaling the moment of 10-20 N · m.
Remove adaptation (B.Vi.1057) and turn the differential case that bearings rose into place.
Install adaptation (B.Vi.1057) and tighten the soldering the moment of 130 N · m.

Remove adaptation (B.Vi.1057) and turn the case of differential (fig. 3.109).
Check a preliminary tension.
The differential has to rotate at the appendix of the following loadings:
– 5–20 N · m for reusable bearings;
– 16–32 N · m for new bearings.
If adjustment does not correspond to these values, determine thickness of an adjusting ring. At the same time considering that the preliminary tension increases approximately by 7–8 N · m at reduction of thickness of an adjusting ring by 0,05 mm and vice versa.
