For prevention of breakage of a contact disk under a steering wheel it is necessary to observe the following instructions:

– before a detachment of a steering shaft from the steering mechanism surely block special adaptation a steering wheel and wheels in provision of the movement on a straight line, and they have to remain blocked during the whole time of performance of work;

– if centering of a contact disk was executed incorrectly, it is necessary to remove a steering wheel for repeated centering.

Only skilled workers who had special training are allowed to performance of this operation.

Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Uncover the rechargeable battery.

Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove protection of the pallet of a case of the engine.

Merge oil from the transmission.

Remove:

– forward wheels;

– top covers of the engine;

– rechargeable battery;

– to a regiment under the rechargeable battery;

– EBU of system of injection together with an arm;

– sensor of a mass consumption of air;

– airintaking branch pipe.

Remove holders of a plait of wires (fig. 3.41).

Disconnect cables of the choice and gear shifting from the transmission.

Disconnect both cables from levers on the transmission (fig. 3.42).

Squeeze a cable tip in points (A), pull a clamp in the direction (B) and raise a cable in a point (C) (fig. 3.43).

Turn off a nave nut by means of adaptation (Rou. 604-01).

Remove the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft, using adaptation (Tav. 476) and spherical hinge of a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability.

Remove a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket.

Disconnect a power shaft from a rotary fist.

Remove a power shaft.

Fix an engine cooling system radiator assembled with the condenser on the top cross-piece by means of a cord.

Disconnect a block of wires from the switch of light of a backing and a block of wires from the VMT sensor (fig. 3.51).

Remove with the syringe brake fluid from a tank to the union of the pipeline of the main cylinder of the drive of coupling.

Disconnect the working cylinder of the drive of coupling, having removed a clamp (fig. 3.52).

Establish a basic crossbeam of posting of the engine (Mot. 1453) (fig. 3.53).

Remove the KP saylent-block support and a pendular support of the transmission (fig. 3.54).

Turn off the top bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine block.

Establish a hydraulic jack under the transmission.

Turn off the lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine block.

Remove hairpins of fastening of the transmission.

Remove the transmission.

ATTENTION You do not apply lubricant on a main shaft of the transmission not to damage the working cylinder of coupling and a vent of a main shaft of a box.

NOTE For prevention of leak of working liquid surely replace the working cylinder of a hydraulic actuator of coupling when replacing a casing of coupling. Be convinced available and the correct arrangement of the adjusting plugs providing centering relatively each other of the engine and the transmission.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

At installation surely wrap a bolt of terminal connection of a fork of the cardan hinge of a steering shaft.

Tighten the required moment:

– wheel bolts (110 N · l);

– nave nut (280 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket (62 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft (37 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of the stabilizer of cross stability (44 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of side panels (2 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of the transmission and a starter to the engine (44 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of jet thirst for the engine (180 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of jet thirst for a stretcher (105 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of a pendular support of a box (62 N · l);

– a nut of fastening of a pendular support to a pillow (180 N · l);

– bolts of terminal connection of a fork and cardan hinge of a steering shaft (21 N · l);

– forward bolts of fastening of a cross-piece of a radiator (105 N · l);

– back bolts of fastening of a cross-piece of a radiator (210 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of a cross-piece of a stretcher (62 N · l);

– back bolts of fastening of a stretcher (140 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of connecting thirsts for a stretcher (105 N · l);

– drain stopper of the transmission (25 N · l);

– stopper of a jellied opening of the transmission (3 N · м).

Fill in oil in the transmission.

ATTENTION Surely remove air from a coupling hydraulic actuator, working, as shown below: – add brake fluid in a tank; – pump over a coupling hydraulic actuator; – add brake fluid to normal level.

Attach wires to plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the plus plug.
