Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove protection of the pallet of a case of the engine.

Merge oil from the transmission.

Remove:

– right wheel;

– right antisplash guard;

– nave nut;

– spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft;

– spherical hinge of a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability;

– spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket.

Disconnect:

– a block of wires from the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel;

– conducting of sensors of the proofreader of headlights with xenon lamps (if they are established).

Remove a flange of an intermediate support.

Remove a wheel drive shaft.

Tap an epiploon on the basis by means of a drift and the small hammer so that the epiploon was turned in a nest.

Then remove it nippers, trying not to damage at the same time vents of a semi-axial gear wheel.

Oil a new epiploon (fig. 3.40).

Press a new epiploon by means of a mandrel (Bvi. 1666) (index A: for the right side, an index B: for the left side).

Arrange a wheel drive shaft before a semi-axial gear wheel.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Tighten the required moment:

– bolts of fastening of a wheel (110 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket (62 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft (37 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of the stabilizer of cross stability (44 N · l);

– nave nut (280 N · l);

– nut of a flange of an intermediate support of a shaft of the drive of a wheel (21 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of jet thirst for the engine (180 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of jet thirst for a stretcher (105 N · м).

Fill in oil in the transmission.

Connect the rechargeable battery.
