Establish a plate of fastening (B.Vi.1581) on a rack (Desvil).

Install the transmission on a plate of fastening (B.Vi.1581) (fig. 3.55).
Remove the working cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling.

Turn off the bolts located in a case (fig. 3.56).

Remove a back casing strictly along a horizontal axis of a box as it includes the capsule with lubricant located in an opening of a main shaft (fig. 3.57).

Include the first transfer by the switching lever, and the fifth – having shifted its fork along a rod (fig. 3.58).
Turn out a bolt of a secondary shaft and turn off a nut of a main shaft.
By means of a core (В.Vi.31-01), beat out a pin of a fork of the fifth transfer.

Remove a fork and the gear coupling of the fifth transfer.

Take a nave of the fifth transfer by means of adaptation (B.Vi.1170).

Install the gear coupling of adaptation (B.Vi.1170) in situation by the included transfer heel, having turned it so that to combine vents of the gear coupling and a nave, and remove adaptation together with a nave (fig. 3.60).

Take the fixed gear wheel of the fifth transfer by means of devices (В.Vi.22-01 and B.Vi.1000) (fig. 3.61).
Remove external bolts of a case of a box.

Remove the rotation frequency sensor In (for the semi-automatic JH1 transmission) (fig. 3.62).

It is recommended to put two magnets or to block openings With not to lose balls and springs of fixing of rods of 1/2 and 3/4 (fig. 3.63).

Press on a switching rod with the effort directed outside.
Disconnect and remove a box case.

Turn assembly of an axis of transfer of a backing on the left and remove a switching fork rod "the back course / the fifth transfer" (fig. 3.65).

Slightly raise a main shaft and remove assembly of an axis of transfer of a backing (fig. 3.66).
Disconnect pins of a fork 3/4 by means of adaptation (B.Vi.949) and remove assembly of a rod and fork 3/4.

At the same time remove assembly of primary and secondary shaft with a rod and a fork of 1/2 (fig. 3.67).
