Remove the transmission.

Remove a casing of coupling with a press disk assembled.

Establish a clamp (Mot. 582-01) (fig. 3.30).

Turn off bolts of fastening of a flywheel, remove a flywheel and a clamp (Mot. 582-01).

Establish a clamp (Mot. 1677) (fig. 3.31).

Turn off bolts of fastening of a flywheel, remove a flywheel and a clamp (Mot. 1677).

Clear on a flange of a bent shaft carving openings under bolts of fastening of a flywheel.

Degrease a basic surface of a flywheel on a flange of a bent shaft.

Check a condition of a flywheel.

Establish a pro-rate, observing at the same time the direction of installation: a facet towards a flywheel (fig. 3.32).

ATTENTION Reuse of the removed bolts is not allowed.

Apply structure of LOC-TITE FRENETANCH on new bolts of a flywheel.

Tighten in the order specified in the figure 3.33 the required moment:

– bolts of fastening of a flywheel (engines K) (65 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of a flywheel (F4R engine) (70 N · м).
