ATTENTION Do not reuse the removed nuts of fastening of the hydrotransformer and a drive plate, surely replace them new. Check existence of adjusting plugs.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

At installation of the automatic transmission on the engine track exact coaxiality of an entrance shaft of the transmission and hydrotransformer (fig. 3.161).

Tighten the required moment:

– bolts of fastening of wheels (110 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of the directing brake bracket fingers (7 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft (37 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket (62 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of jet thirst for a stretcher (105 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of the transmission and a starter to the engine (44 N · l);

– nut of a pendular support of the transmission (62 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft (62 N · l);

– a nut of fastening of the hydrotransformer on a drive plate (37 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of an arm of the modular socket (20 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of the sensor of frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine (10 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of jet thirst for the K4M engine (105 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of jet thirst for the F4R engine (180 N · l);

– a nut of fastening of a pendular support to a pillow (180 N · м).

Fill in oil in the automatic transmission and check its level.

In case of replacement of oil nullify parameters of adaptive correction by means of team: RZ 005 "Zeroing of parameters of self-adjustment" also nullify the oil service life counter in EB AKP, having given the command: CF074 "Record of Date of Replacement of Oil in the Transmission".

After execution of the command of RZ005 surely execute a trip with numerous transition to the highest and lowest transfers for introduction to memory of new values of settings.
