Necessary devices and special tool:

– special adaptation (Bvi. 1215-01);

– a set for check of pressure of oil in AKP (in a case);

– the manometer on 25 bars.

For implementation of some diagnostic procedures of the automatic transmission it is required to measure pressure in the pressure head highway by means of the manometer.

The opening for connection of the control manometer is the deliverer of pressure nearby.

For check of pressure in the pressure head highway turn off a bolt of a pressure head opening (fig. 3.139).

Connect the control manometer.

Check you produce on the hot engine at an oil temperature in the transmission 60–80 °C.

Check oil pressure size in the pressure head highway under following conditions:

– the selector lever in situation "P" or "N", the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft ^{of the mines-1 engine 2000}. Pressure has to be within 2,6–3,2 bars;

– the selector lever in situation "R", the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft ^{of the mines-1 engine 2000}. Pressure has to be higher than 4 bars;

– the selector lever in situation "D", the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft ^{of the mines-1 engine 2000}. Pressure by the included 1st transfer has to be higher than 7 bars.

If malfunction is not eliminated, mechanical or hydraulic malfunction of the transmission is the reason.
