When the selector of gear shifting is in neutral situation, attach two tips of the measuring device to conclusions for verification of the provision.

Establish a multimeter in the mode of "ohmmeter" (fig. 3.163).

Turn manually the multipurpose switch before short circuit of the switch (resistance on contacts of the switch of 0 Ohms).

Tighten the required moment (10 N · l) bolts of fastening of the multipurpose switch.

ATTENTION After an inhaling of bolts the electric contact has to be closed (0 Ohms).

Check operability of system and gear shifting.
