Hold the lever of the multipurpose switch in extreme situation (in the provision of compulsory inclusion of the first transfer) by means of the plastic collar and a bolt screwed in a case of the transmission (fig. 3.145).

Turn off a bolt of 1 (fig. 3.146).

Install the lever of a lamellar spring, having inserted a roller into the deepening of the sector corresponding to compulsory inclusion of the first transfer (fig. 3.147).

Screw a bolt of fastening of an arm of the lever, without tightening its (fig. 3.148).
Install adaptation (Bvi. 1462) to the place of a bolt 1 (see fig. 3.146).
Holding the lever, screw against the stop adaptation.
Tighten the required moment a bolt of fastening of an arm of the lever of a lamellar spring (9 N · м).
Remove adaptation (Bvi. 1462). Establish a bolt of fastening of the lever.
Tighten the specified moment a bolt of fastening of the lever (8 N · м).
In case of replacement of the hydraulic valve nullify self-adjustment parameters by means of team: RZ005 "Zeroing of Parameters of Self-adjustment" also nullify the AKP oil service life counter by means of the diagnostic unit, having entered team: CF074 "Record of Date of Replacement of Oil in the Transmission".
After execution of the command of RZ005 surely execute a trip with numerous transition to the highest and lowest transfers for introduction to memory of new values and settings.
Tighten the required moment:
– bolts of fastening of a cover (10 N · l);
– accumulator (40 N · l);
– bolts of fastening of the amplifier (21 N · м).
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.
