In all cases it is more preferable to transport the car on a platform or to tow with the hung-out forward wheels.

At the same time, towage of the car at a speed not higher than 20 km/h and on distance no more than 30 km is in exceptional cases allowed (at the same time the lever of the selector has to be in situation "N").
