Install the car on the flat, horizontal platform.

Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Disconnect blocks of wires from EBU.

Turn off bolts of fastening of the shelf under the rechargeable battery (fig. 3.135).

Remove the shelf under the rechargeable battery and an arm of EBU.

Take aside the electromagnetic valve of management of a pressurization pressure regulator pneumatic actuator (if the car is equipped with a turbocompressor).

Remove a cable of the drive of an accelerator (fig. 3.136).

Disconnect a cable from the lever on the transmission:

– squeeze a cable tip in points And;

– pull a clamp in the direction B;

– raise an accelerator drive cable in a point With (fig. 3.137).

Fill in 3,5 l of fresh oil in the automatic transmission.

Attach wires to plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the plus plug.

Start the engine idling.

Connect the diagnostic unit (CLIP).

Enter dialogue with EB AKP.

You watch oil temperature in a box.

When temperature reaches 60 °C ±1, turn off a stopper of a control opening.

Install a vessel in case oil does not follow or amount of the flowed-out oil less than 0,1 l – stop the engine (fig. 3.138).

Add 0,5 l of oil, let's the transmission cool down to 50 °C and start the engine idling.

Again connect the diagnostic unit (CLIP) and enter dialogue with EB AKP.

You watch oil temperature parameter in AKP.

When temperature reaches 60 °C ±1, turn off a stopper of a control opening.

Put under the car capacity for collecting oil.

Repeat these operations until in capacity more than 0,1 l of oil pour out.

Wrap a stopper of a control opening.

Tighten the required moment (35 N · l) a stopper of a control opening.

NOTE In case of replacement of oil it is necessary to nullify the electronic counter of service life of oil (it is built in EBU).

Register date of replacement of oil, having given the command: CF074 "Record of Date of Replacement of Oil in the Transmission" by means of the diagnostic unit (CLIP).

NOTE In cases of repair work on the automatic transmission the following details are subject to obligatory replacement: – самоконтрящиеся nuts; – sealing laying; – rubber laying; – bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer.
