Installation of nozzles for cooling of the bottom of the piston
Installation of nozzles of cylinders 2 and 4
Direction of installation of inserts of radical bearings of a bent shaft
Installation of inserts of radical bearings in a bed of the block of cylinders
Installation of inserts in covers of radical bearings
Check of a diametrical gap between radical necks of a bent shaft and bearings
Check of axial movement of a bent shaft
Installation of inserts of conrod bearings
Assembly of rods with pistons
Preparation of piston fingers
Installation of position of pistons in relation to rods

Fig. 2.141. Removal of the sensor of level of oil and maslouspokoitel: 1 – oil level sensor

Remove the sensor of level of oil and a maslouspokoitel (fig. 2.141).
Remove the oil pump and a driving chain of the oil pump.

ATTENTION
Do not use a center punch or the engraving device for marking of a cover of rather lower head as it can do steel by a rod cause of destruction. Use a nonerasable pencil.

Turn off nuts of fastening of covers of rods and remove pistons with rods assembled.

NOTE
Surely mark inserts of radical bearings concerning support of a bent shaft as on support inserts of a different class can be established.

Uncover radical bearings of a bent shaft (covers of bearings are numbered by figures from 1 to 5) (fig. 2.142).
Remove a bent shaft.
