2.2.11.23. Assembly of the lower part of the engine
Oil engine the top parts of cylinders and conrod necks of a bent shaft.
Install into place pistons assembled with rods by means of adaptation.
Establish rods of a bent shaft.
Establish covers of rods.
Tighten the required moment (20 N · m + 45 ° ±6 °) also tighten on the required corner of a nut of hairpins of fastening of covers of rods.
Establish:
– asterisk of the drive of the oil pump;
– driving chain of the oil pump;
– oil pump.
Tighten the required moment (25 N · l) bolts of fastening of the oil pump.
Tightness of a forward cover of the block of the engine is provided with installation of laying or putting sealant.

Establish a forward cover of the block of the engine.

Tighten in 2.181 orders specified in the drawing the required moment (12 N · l) bolts of fastening of a forward cover of the block of the engine.
Install the water pump.
Apply one – two drops of structure of LOCTITE FRENETANCH on bolts of fastening of 1 and 4 water pumps.
Tighten in that order the required moment:
– bolts of M6 of fastening of the water pump (11 N · l);
– bolt of M8 of fastening of the water pump (22 N · м).

Apply four rollers of sealant in points And with a diameter of 5 mm and two drops of sealant in points In diameter of 7 mm on the surface of interface of a forward cover and the block of cylinders (fig. 2.182).
Establish a maslouspokoitel.
Install the pallet with new laying.
Tighten in that order the required moment:
– bolts of fastening of the pallet (1,4 N · м).
Install the oil level sensor.
Tighten the required moment the oil level sensor (20 N · м).
Install the detonation sensor.
Tighten the required moment the detonation sensor (20 N · м).
Install the oil pressure sensor.
Tighten the required moment the oil pressure sensor (32 N · м).
