Establish new laying of a head of cylinders.

Establish a head of the block of cylinders.

Tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.

Execute refilling of hydraulic pushers since working liquid from pushers can flow out if they a long time do not work.

To be convinced of need of refilling, press on the top part of a pusher a thumb (fig. 2.186).

If the plunger of a pusher utaplivatsya:

– ship pushers in the container with diesel fuel;

– then establish pushers.

Establish:

– yokes;

– camshafts, having oiled engine basic necks.

Turn camshafts so that grooves at their end faces settled down horizontally and below axes of shaft (fig. 2.187).

ATTENTION Do not allow hit of oil on covers of a head of the block of cylinders, privalochny on a verkhnost.

Apply with the roller for paintings structure of LOCTITE 518 on the privalochny plane of a cover of a head of cylinders until it becomes reddish (fig. 2.188).

Remove with a piece of fabric the structure of LOCTITE 518 which got on support of bearings of camshafts in a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
