Piston fingers are established with a tightness in the top heads of rods and freely rotate in lugs of pistons. Use a set (Mot. 574-22) and adaptation (Mot. 574-24).

Visually check:

– condition of rods (twisting and bend);

– purity of basic surfaces of a cover and krivoshipny head of a rod.

Use a tile for the 1500 W heating.

Place the top heads of rods on a tile.

Make sure that the top heads of rods adjoin to a tile on all surface.

On each head of a rod put (as temperature indicator) a piece of tin solder in the point shown in the figure 2.175 by an arrow where temperature of melting makes about 250 °C.

Heat the top heads of rods to solder fusion.
