The engine is equipped with inserts without short mustache (fig. 2.168).

Inserts are established by means of adaptation (Mot. 1492).

You will choose the holder of an insert according to engine model (the model of the engine is specified on an arm).

Establish the holder of an insert in a groove of a support (fig. 2.169).

Install a rod on special adaptation.

Press the lower part of the top head of a rod to a centering pin (fig. 2.170).

Establish an insert on a support (fig. 2.171).

Push an insert support in the direction shown in the figure 2.172 by an arrow, it will not come against the stop into a krivoshipny head of a rod.

Take an insert support from a krivoshipny head of a rod and repeat operations with other rods.

Rest a rod cover against ledges on a support (fig. 2.173).

Establish a connecting rod on a support of an insert (fig. 2.174).

Push the holder of an insert in the direction shown in the figure 2.174 by an arrow until the holder of an insert does not come against the stop into a rod cover.

Take an insert support from a cover of a rod and repeat operations with other covers of rods.
