2.2.11.15. Check of a diametrical gap between radical necks of a bent shaft and bearings

NOTE
When checking a gap do not turn a bent shaft at all.

Remove the oil remains from radical necks and support of the block of cylinders.
Establish a bent shaft and persistent half rings of a bent shaft on the 3rd support (flutes to cheeks of a bent shaft).
Cut several pieces of the calibrated wire.
Put a wire on an axis of radical necks of a bent shaft (out of a zone of an arrangement of openings for lubricant of support).
Establish covers of radical bearings of a bent shaft, having arranged a cover 1 from a flywheel.

Tighten in that order the required moment (25 N · m + 47 ° ±5 °) also tighten on the required corner bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings of a bent shaft (see fig. 2.149).
Uncover radical bearings and a bent shaft.
On flattening of the calibrated wire define a gap between inserts and radical necks by the scale put on packing.
Check the gap size which has to make 0,027–0,054 mm.
Clear a bent shaft and inserts of radical bearings of the remains of the calibrated wire.
