Merge fuel from a tank.

Remove the "fuel pump-the fuel level sensor-the fuel filter" hub.

Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove:

– protection of the pallet of a case of the engine;

– nuts of fastening of a flange of a reception pipe to a final collector;

– a bolt of fastening of the additional muffler on a body;

– connecting bolts on an arm of a suspension bracket of the main muffler;

– the final pipeline, having put it on a stretcher and on a beam of a back suspension bracket.

Disconnect wires from the sensor of height of a body of the proofreader of headlights (depending on a car complete set).

Disconnect a rack of the sensor of height of a body of the proofreader of headlights (depending on a car complete set).

Remove an adsorber.

Disconnect pipelines from an adsorber.

Separate sockets of the "fuel pump-the fuel level sensor-the fuel filter" hub.

Turn off bolts of fastening of the fuel tank and the thermal screen, remove holders and the thermal screen (fig. 2.217).

Remove holders of the brake pipeline and a fuel-supply line (fig. 2.218).

Disconnect unions of fuel-supply lines of catalytic converter and fuel-supply lines from holders.

Remove collars from the hose connecting the fuel tank to a bulk mouth (fig. 2.219).

Remove hoses aside.

Establish a hydraulic jack under the fuel tank.

Turn off bolts of fastening of the fuel tank (fig. 2.220).

Lower the fuel tank.

Remove the fuel tank, having turned it around the final pipeline (fig. 2.221).

At removal do not damage brake pipelines and a cable of the drive of the parking brake.

Correct the thermal screen.

Track that the thermal screen did not concern the fuel tank.

Collars of a hose of the fuel tank are subject to obligatory replacement by new.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Tighten the required moment:

– wheel bolts (110 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of the fuel tank (21 N · м).

Check reliability of fixing of fuel-supply lines.

Establish the "fuel pump-the fuel level sensor-the fuel filter" hub.

Attach wires to plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the plus plug.
