Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove an inlet collector.

ATTENTION Be careful of emissions of gasoline at a detachment of the bringing fuel-supply line from a toplivoraspredelitelny stage.

Turn off two nuts of fastening of the protection cover of a toplivoraspredelitelny stage (fig. 2.200).

Turn off a plait of wires aside.

Disconnect:

– the union of the bringing fuel-supply line;

– blocks of wires from nozzles;

– blocks of wires from the sensor of a detonation (fig. 2.201).

Turn off bolts of fastening of a toplivoraspredelitelny stage.

Carefully pull a toplivoraspredelitelny stage on yourself and remove it.

Turn off a nut of fastening of a plait of wires and pick up the directing phone of the masloizmeritelny probe (fig. 2.202).

Turn off bolts of fastening of a lining of cases of nozzles (fig. 2.203).

Laying of a lining of cases of nozzles is subject to obligatory replacement.

Establish all bolts of fastening.

Apply:

– a lining of cases of nozzles to the top cover of the GRM drive also wrap a bolt And by hand;

– a lining of cases of nozzles to a support of a pendular engine mount, having tightened a bolt In by hand.

Rest a lining of cases of nozzles against laying From a cover of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.204).

Tighten in the order shown in the figure 2.204 the required moment:

– bolts of fastening of the 11 and 12 lining of cases of nozzles (25 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of the 13 and 20 lining of cases of nozzles (21 N · м).

Tighten the required moment:

– bolt of fastening of the top cover of the GRM drive (44 N · l);

– bolt of fastening of a support of a pendular suspension bracket (44 N · м).

Establish an inlet distributive collector.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Attach wires to plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the plus plug.
