ATTENTION Do not rotate a tension roller counterclockwise.

Combine tags on tension a roller by means of a six-sided key on 6 mm (fig. 2.79).

Tighten the required moment (7 N · l) a nut of fastening of an axis of a tension roller.

Install devices (Mot. 1509) with gear wheels and (Mot. 1509–01) for blocking of cogged pulleys of camshafts.

Tighten a bolt and a nut with a fillet.

Wrap nuts of fastening of cogged pulleys to a contact with pulleys of camshafts.

Tighten the required moment:

– nuts of hairpins of fastening of cogged pulleys (80 N · l);

– old bolt of fastening of the phase-shifter of the camshaft of inlet valves (30 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a pulley of the camshaft of final valves (30 N · м).

Remove adaptation (Mot. 1509) with adaptation (Mot. 1509-01).

Install adaptation (Mot. 1509) for blocking of cogged pulleys of camshafts.

Tighten a bolt and a nut with a fillet.

Wrap nuts of fastening of cogged pulleys to a contact with pulleys of camshafts.

Tighten the required moment:

– nuts of hairpins of fastening of cogged pulleys (80 N · l);

– nuts of fastening of cogged pulleys of camshafts of inlet and final valves (30 N · м).

Remove adaptation (Mot. 1509) with adaptation (Mot. 1509-01).

Put with a pencil of a tag of position of cogged pulleys of camshafts concerning covers of bearings of camshafts.

Combine VMT clamp (Mot. 1054) and device for fixing of camshafts (Mot. 1496).

Turn a bent shaft on two turns clockwise (if to take a detached view the GRM drive).
