Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

ATTENTION Make sure that color marking of springs and shock-absorbers of the car is identical to marking of spare parts.

Unblock a steering wheel.

Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove forward wheels.

Disconnect the holder of wires of the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel.

Disconnect the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel.

Turn off bolts of fastening of a guide of blocks and suspend a brake to a body.

Otkruty bolts of fastening of a damping rack to a rotary fist (fig. 4.24).

Disconnect the lower end of a damping rack from a rotary fist, pressing the last.

Suspend a rotary fist.

Turn off a nut of fastening of a damping rack to a cup by means of six-sided and cap keys (fig. 4.25).

Remove a cup and a damping rack assembled with a spring.

Choose suitable cups and install them together with the device for compression of springs on a spring.

Squeeze a spring until it does not depart from cups.

Turn off a nut of a rod of a damping rack with the help of six-sided and cap keys (fig. 4.26).

Separate from each other the details which are a part of the "damping rack assembled with a spring" hub.

Fix the device for springs in a vice.

NOTE For simplification of installation of a new spring observe situation and orientation of a spring and cups of adaptation (fig. 4.27).

Establish a spring in a flute of a cup (fig. 4.28).

Observe sequence of installation of details (fig. 4.29).

Surely replace a nut of a rod of a damping rack.

Tighten the required moment 62 N · m a nut of fastening of a damping rack on a cup of a spring (fig. 4.30).

Unload a spring.

Remove the device for compression of springs.

Installation of other components is made as it should be, the return to removal.

ATTENTION Fix wires of the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel if they were disconnected from the holder. Do not overwind a brake hose.

Tighten the required moment:

– a nut of fastening of a damping rack to a body (44 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of a damping rack to a rotary fist (105 N · l);

– wheel bolts (105 N · м).
