ATTENTION Irrespective of the used lifting equipment do not use the suspension bracket lever as a support.

Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Unblock a steering wheel.

Remove a forward wheel and the side flap.

Turn off a bolt of fastening of a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket and a nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of the end of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (fig. 4.34).

Vypressuyte the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft by means of adaptation (Tav. 476).

Turn off the top bolt of fastening of connecting draft between a stretcher and a longeron.

Turn off the lower nut of fastening of connecting draft of a stretcher and bolts of back and forward fastenings of the lever of a suspension bracket (fig. 4.35).

Remove the suspension bracket lever.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

ATTENTION Surely replace bolts of fastening of levers of a suspension bracket.

ATTENTION At installation for a tightness exception at an inhaling of saylent-blocks install the suspension bracket lever so that to receive interaxal distance of X1 = 24 mm between the lower part of a spherical support of the lever and the lower part of a stretcher at the level of an opening in the center of the W1 lever (fig. 4.36).

Establish a hydraulic jack under a stretcher in a zone of an average opening of the lever of a suspension bracket W1 and lift it before contact with a stretcher.

Lower a hydraulic jack on the X1 size = 24 mm.

Arrange a cap of a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket on a hydraulic jack, without changing position of the lever.

In this situation tighten the required moment 105 N · m bolts of forward and back fastenings of the lever of a suspension bracket to a stretcher.

Remove a hydraulic jack.

Insert a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket into a rotary fist.

Establish and tighten the required moment:

– nut of the lower fastening of connecting draft of a stretcher (62 N · l);

– bolt of the top fastening of connecting draft of a stretcher (210 N · l);

– nuts of fastening of fingers of spherical hinges of the ends of a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (35 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket (62 N · l);

– forward wheels and bolts of fastening of a forward wheel (105 N · м).

NOTE Establish draft of the stabilizer of cross stability by means of adaptation (Sus. 1413) and adapter (Sus. 1734).

ATTENTION Adjust the angles of installation of wheels.
