4.12. Removal and installation of a spring of a back suspension bracket
NOTE
At removal remember colors of marking of shock-absorbers and springs not to mix them at installation.

Removal
Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.
Remove back wheels.
Establish a hydraulic jack and put linings, rest a jack against a cup of the right spring, without squeezing a spring.
Note the provision of a spring.

Turn off a bolt of the lower fastening of the shock-absorber (fig. 4.38).
Remove a hydraulic jack.

Remove a spring together with the lower cup (fig. 4.39).
ATTENTION
If the top cup of a spring was disconnected from a nest, replace it.

Installation
Install the lower cup of a spring on a beam of a back suspension bracket (correctly arrange a guide).
Establish a spring together with the top cup in the situation noted earlier, since top.
Establish a hydraulic jack with a wooden lining under a spring cup.
For a preliminary inhaling of a bolt of the lower fastening of the shock-absorber squeeze a back suspension bracket.
ATTENTION
The final inhaling of bolts of fastening of the shock-absorber is made when the car costs on wheels.

Remove a hydraulic jack.
Establish a back wheel.
Lower the elevator and put the car on wheels.
Tighten the required moment 105 N · m a bolt of the lower fastening of the shock-absorber and wheel bolts.
