Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Unblock a steering wheel.

Remove a wheel from the relevant party.

Disconnect the holder of wires of the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel (if it is established).

Remove the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel.

Turn off bolts of fastening of a guide of blocks of a forward brake (fig. 4.15).

Suspend a bracket assembled with directing blocks of a forward brake to a suspension bracket spring.

Remove:

– a nave nut by means of adaptation (Rou. 604–01);

– screws of fastening of a brake disk;

– brake disk;

– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge;

– tip of steering draft;

– bolt of fastening of a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket;

– bolts of fastening of a damping rack to a rotary fist (fig. 4.16).

Vypressuyte spherical hinges by means of adaptation (Tav. 476).

Turn off a bolt of fastening of the protection cover of a disk of a forward brake (if it is established) and remove the protection cover of a disk (fig. 4.17).

Remove a rotary fist.

ATTENTION In operating time try not to damage the lower end of a damping rack.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Tighten the required moment:

– bolts of fastening of a damping rack to a rotary fist (105 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of spherical support of levers of a suspension bracket (62 N · l);

– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft (37 N · l);

– screws of fastening of a brake disk (140 N · l);

– nave nut (280 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of a guide of blocks (105 N · l);

– wheel bolts (110 N · м).

ATTENTION Press several times a brake pedal for installation of pistons into position.

Adjust the angles of installation of wheels.
