3.13.3. Removal and installation of a shaft of the drive of the left forward wheel (divigatel of F4R)
Removal
Merge oil from the transmission.
Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.
Remove protection of the pallet of a case of the engine and the left forward wheel.
Disconnect a block of wires from the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel.

Turn off a nave nut by means of adaptation (Rou. 604-01), nut of fastening of a finger of a tip of steering draft and nut of fastening of a finger of the top spherical hinge of a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability (fig. 3.176)

Turn off a nut of fastening of the lower jet draft (fig. 3.177).
Squeeze a suspension bracket approximately on 10 cm. Take a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket.

Turn off bolts of fastening of a support of a rotary fist (fig. 3.178).
Unload a suspension bracket, having raised the elevator by 50 cm. Remove an intensifying bar of a stretcher.

Separate a rotary fist from a support blows of the hammer (fig. 3.179).

Remove a sealant and cut the hatch in the points shown in the figure 3.180 by an arrow.
Remove plastic rivets of a cover of the hatch.

Turn off a bolt of fastening of a support of a depreciation rack (fig. 3.181).
Instead of a bolt screw M8x30 bolt so that the head did not act on 20 mm.

Remove bolts of fastening of a support of a depreciation rack (fig. 3.182).

Shift the "depreciation rack-a spring-a rotary fist" hub assembled (fig. 3.183) aside.
Take a wheel drive shaft from a nave.

Disconnect a shaft of the drive of a wheel from the transmission (fig. 3.184).
Installation
Without removing the protection cover, apply MOLYKOTEBR2 lubricant on vents of a shaft of the internal hinge.
Insert shlitsevy a shaft of the internal hinge of a shaft into a semi-axial gear wheel.
Connect a wheel drive shaft to a nave.
The shaft of a shaft has to enter freely a gear wheel at length sufficient for a nave nut zavertyvaniye.
Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.
Insert an adjusting ledge into a nest.
Fill in oil in the transmission and bring its level to norm.
Tighten the required moment:
– bolts of fastening of a support of a depreciation rack (21 N · l);
– bolts of fastening of a rotary fist to a support (72 N · l);
– nut of fastening of a finger of a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket (100 N · l);
– bolts of fastening of the directing brake bracket fingers (170 N · l);
– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of a rack of the stabilizer of cross stability (44 N · l);
– nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft (37 N · l);
– nave nut (280 N · l);
– wheel bolts (130 N · м).
