Six-sided key on 6 mm combine the mobile index with dredging, turning the clown clockwise (fig. 2.53).
Tighten the required moment (27 N · l) a nut of fastening of an axis of a tension roller.
Establish a pulley on a bent shaft.
Tighten the required moment and tighten on the specified corner (the bent shaft has to be blocked by VMT clamp) a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft (40 N · m +145 ° ±15 °).
Remove the device for fixing of camshafts (Mot. 1496).
Remove VMT clamp (Mot. 1489).
Turn a bent shaft on two turns clockwise (if to take a detached view the GRM drive).
Before the termination of the second turn wrap VMT clamp (Mot. 1489) in an opening in the block of cylinders.
Slowly, without breakthroughs tighten a bent shaft against the stop in VMT clamp.
Turn out VMT clamp (Mot. 1489).
Make sure that the mobile index is located opposite to dredging.
Turn off a nut of fastening of a tension roller, no more than on one turn, holding the mobile index a six-sided key on 6 mm.
Smoothly bring the mobile index before combination with dredging, turning the clown clockwise.
Tighten the required moment (27 N · l) a nut of fastening of an axis of a tension roller.
