ATTENTION Replace a GRM drive belt, a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft, tension and bypass rollers. Degrease the end of a bent shaft (from the GRM drive), and also an opening and basic surfaces of a pulley, the cogged pulley of a bent shaft and the most bent shaft. It needs to be made that the GRM drive was not displaced, otherwise the engine will fail. Such shift leads to failure of the engine.

Arrange grooves of camshafts horizontally and with shift down from axes of camshafts, if necessary turning camshafts by means of special adaptation (Mot. 799-01).

Install on adaptation (Mot. 1496) adaptation (Mot. 1750).

Install adaptation (Mot. 1496) with adaptation (Mot. 1750) for the ends of camshafts (fig. 2.49).

Establish VMT clamp (Mot. 1489) (see fig. 2.45).

Make sure that the bent shaft is blocked by VMT clamp (Mot. 1489), and the groove of a bent shaft is turned (fig. 2.50) up.

Establish a tension roller, having arranged its ledge in a groove (fig. 2.51).

Install the cogged pulley of a bent shaft, a belt of the GRM drive and bypass a roller.

Tighten the specified moment (45 N · l) a bolt of fastening of a bypass roller by means of special adaptation (Mot. 1368).
