1.1. Description of the car
Collected on a platform of the known MEGANE car (the most sold car in Europe in 2003), MEGANE II has all advantages of this platform in the field of safety, comfort and road performance.
The Megane II car is completely adapted to the Russian conditions and has the following features:
– the increased road gleam;
– the strengthened suspension bracket;
– metal protection of a case of the engine;
– protection of the fuel highway;
– special sealant of doors of salon and luggage carrier;
– a polyurethane film in arches of back wheels;
– mudguards in front and behind.
In this book three models of engines of the Megane II car are considered:
– the engine – K4J with a working volume of 1390 cm3 and with a maximum power of 98 h.p.
– the engine – K4M with a working volume of 1598 cm3 and with a maximum power of 115 h.p.
– the engine – F4R with a working volume of 1998 cm3 and with a maximum power of 136 h.p.
