Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove the case of the air filter.

Disconnect a block of wires from the block of a butterfly valve and a hose of system of catching of vapors of fuel from the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber (fig. 2.236).

Turn off bolts of fastening and remove the block of a butterfly valve (fig. 2.237).

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Laying of the block of a butterfly valve is subject to replacement after each removal (for simplification of its installation use lubricant).

Tighten the required moment:

– bolt of fastening of the block of a butterfly valve (13 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of the case of the air filter (9 N · м).

Attach wires to plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the plus plug.
