ATTENTION At implementation of this operation put on goggles and gloves. Perform all operations in a pure workplace not to allow hit of pollution in the block of a butterfly valve.

Remove the block of a butterfly valve.

Remove external sealing rings of the block of a butterfly valve (fig. 2.242).

NOTE Means for cleaning of Renault carburetors damages sealing laying.

Record a butterfly valve a hand in open situation.

Apply a cleaner on the internal surface of the case of the block before full removal of traces of pollution (fig. 2.243).

Remove pollution and the remains of cleaner with napkins (fig. 2.244).

Blow compressed air perimeter of the block of a butterfly valve, then – the external surface of the case (fig. 2.245).
