ATTENTION Surely you hold an epiploon for the protective plug as epiploons of this type are easily damaged. Do not touch an elastomeric epiploon after a press fitting at all not to allow leak of oil (fig. 2.195).

Establish a cap and a nut with adaptation fillet (Mot. 1632) (fig. 2.198).

Wrap a nut with a fillet before contact of a cap with a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.199).

Remove a nut, a cap, the protective plug and a hairpin.

Establish a GRM drive belt

Establish:

– belt of the drive of auxiliary units;

– new caps of the camshaft of inlet valves by means of adaptation (Mot. 1487);

– new caps of the camshaft of final valves by means of adaptation (Mot. 1488).

Installation of other components is made an order, the return in removal.

Fill with liquid the engine cooling system.

Connect the rechargeable battery.

Remove air from the cooling system.
