Tighten in that order the required moment:

– fastening bolts 22, 23, 20, 13 covers of a head of the block of cylinders (80 N · l);

– bolts 1–12, 14–19, 21–24 fastenings of a cover of a head of cylinders (120 N · м).

Weaken in that order bolts 22, 23, 20, 13.

Tighten in that order the required moment fastening bolts 22, 23, 20, 13 covers of a head of the block of cylinders (120 N · l) (fig. 2.189).

Establish an oil separator.

Tighten in the order shown in the figure 2.190 the required moment:

– new bolts of fastening of an oil separator (in not carving openings) (15 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of an oil separator (new or former) in openings with already cut carving (10 N · м).

Apply on all four coils of ignition of a strip of lubricant of the GRAISSE FLUOREE brand with a diameter of 2 mm on an internal circle of a cap of a wire of the high voltage (fig. 2.191).

Wrap spark plugs.

Tighten the required moment (25–30 N · l) spark plugs by means of a set of candle keys (Ele. 1382).

Install ignition coils.

Tighten the required moment:

– bolts of fastening of coils of ignition (in carving openings) (12 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of coils of ignition (in openings without carving) (15 N of m).

Surely replace all sealing laying of an inlet collector.

Tighten the required moment (9 N · l) bolts of fastening of an inlet collector.

Establish:

– block of a butterfly valve;

– case of the air filter.
