Install camshafts, having provided correctness of their situation, and a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

Tighten in the order shown in the figure 2.116 the required moment:

– bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders 13-20-22-23 (8 N · l),

– bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders from 1-12, with 14-19 and 21-24 (15 N · м).

Weaken an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders 13-20-22-23.

Tighten in that order the required moment bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders 13-20-22-23 (15 N · м).

Fix a magnetic rack on a head of the block of cylinders, using for this purpose a fixing level of adaptation (Mot. 588), having attracted its bolts of fastening of an oil separator and expansion plugs having the following sizes:

– outer diameter is 18 mm,

– diameter of an opening under a bolt of 89 mm, - height is 15 mm (fig. 2.117).

Check axial movement which has to be in limits of 0,08-0,178 mm (fig. 2.118).

Uncover a head of the block of cylinders and camshafts.
