Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove protection of the pallet of a case of the engine.

Remove the lower oxygen sensor.

Cut the final pipeline.

Turn off nuts of fastening of a flange of the final pipeline and remove catalytic converter (fig. 2.291).

Install the lower oxygen sensor.

ATTENTION Do not use the coupling which was in the use. The bolt in assembled form and nut of the coupling not of a dlozhna to adjoin to the body bottom. The damaged thermal screen is subject to obligatory replacement.

Tighten the required moment (45 N · l) the oxygen sensor by means of adaptation (Mot. 1495-01).

If necessary tighten the required moment (7 N · l) hairpins of fastening of a flange of the final pipeline.

Establish catalytic converter and the coupling

Installation of other equipment is made as it should be, the return to removal.

ATTENTION Surely replace laying of a flange of the final pipeline and all disconnected plastic inlet air ducts.

Tighten the required moment (21 N · l) nuts of fastening of a flange of the final pipeline.

Tighten the coupling, having unloaded the final pipeline to level it.

Connect the oxygen sensor.

Be convinced available and reliable fastening of all thermal screens of final system.

Establish protection of the pallet of a case of the engine.

Make sure that the final pipeline does not adjoin to the body bottom.

Attach wires to plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the plus plug.
