NOTE Surely replace a generator pulley with the disconnecting coupling the same pulley.

Remove the generator.

Establish in a pulley a six-sided head from a tool set for removal and installation of a pulley of the generator (Mot. 1732) (fig. 2.267).

Establish the tip corresponding to an opening form in a generator rotor from a tool set for removal and installation of a pulley of the generator (Mot. 1732) in a six-sided head (fig. 2.268).

Establish a neck on a tip (fig. 2.269).

Holding a six-sided head a flat key, turn off a pulley with the disconnecting coupling a key rattle (turning a key rattle counterclockwise) (fig. 2.270).

Screw a pulley with the disconnecting coupling on a generator rotor.

Establish:

– the six-sided plug in the generator;

– the tip corresponding to a generator rotor opening form;

– a neck on a tip.

Tighten the required moment (80 N · l) a pulley with the disconnecting generator coupling by means of a dynamometer key.

Install the generator on the car.
