Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove the case of the air filter (K4J).

Remove an inlet collector (K4M).

Disconnect a block of wires from the lower oxygen sensor (fig. 2.253).

Turn off nuts of fastening of a flange of a reception pipe of the final pipeline and remove a strut of a final collector (fig. 2.254).

NOTE Note a marker the provision of arms of pillows of a suspension bracket of the final pipeline on a body.

Turn off a bolt of fastening of an arm of a pillow of a suspension bracket of the final pipeline to a body (fig. 2.255).

Turn off a bolt of fastening of an arm of a pillow of a suspension bracket of the main muffler to a body (fig. 2.256).

Shift the final pipeline back.

Remove the oxygen sensor by means of adaptation (Mot. 1495-01).

Remove the top heat-shielding screen of a final collector (fig. 2.257).

Turn off nine nuts of hairpins of fastening and remove a final collector (fig. 2.258).

Remove the lower heat-shielding screen (fig. 2.259).

Are subject to obligatory replacement:

– laying of a collector;

– laying of a flange of the final pipeline;

– nuts of hairpins of fastening of a final collector.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Tighten in the order shown in the figure 2.260 the required moment (23±3 N · l) nuts of hairpins of fastening of a final collector.

Tighten:

– bolt of fastening of the thermal screen (10 N · l);

– oxygen sensors (45 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of arms of pillows of a suspension bracket of the final pipeline to a body (21 N · l);

– a bolt of fastening of a strut on a final collector (8 N · l);

– nuts of fastening of a flange of the final pipeline (20 N · м).

Attach wires to plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the plus plug.
