Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove the top covers of the engine.

Remove the air duct.

Disconnect a block of wires from the block of a butterfly valve, a vacuum hose of the amplifier of brakes – from an inlet collector.

NOTE Do not damage a branch pipe of selection of depression on an inlet distributive collector. If the branch pipe is broken off, replace a collector.

Disconnect the pipeline of system of catching of fuel vapors from the block of a butterfly valve.

Disconnect a plait of wires and remove it aside.

Disconnect the giving fuel-supply line from a toplivoraspredelitelny stage.

Disconnect the pipeline of a control system of fuel vapors from an inlet collector.

Turn off bolts of fastening of an inlet collector (fig. 2.251).

Remove the block of a butterfly valve.

All uplotnitelyny laying is subject to obligatory replacement.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Tighten the required moment (9 N · l) in the order shown in the figure 2.252 bolts of fastening of an inlet collector.

Tighten the required moment (13 N · l) bolts of fastening of the block of a butterfly valve with the servo-driver evenly and serially.

Attach wires to plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the plus plug.
