Install the engine assembled with the transmission on the car.

Establish:

– support of a pendular engine mount;

– support of a pendular suspension bracket of the transmission;

– lower jet draft;

– top jet draft;

– shaft of the drive of the left forward wheel;

– shaft of the drive of the right forward wheel.

Installation of other components is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Tighten the required moment:

– bolts of the top fastening of the forward panel of a body (21 N · l);

– bolts of the lower fastening of the forward panel of a body (44 N · l);

– bolt of forward fastening of a stretcher (105 N · l);

– bolt of back fastening of a stretcher (21 N · l);

– bolts of fastening of wheels (110 N · м).

Add brake fluid in a tank.

Remove air from a coupling hydraulic actuator.

Fill with oil the transmission.

Fill with oil the engine.

Fill with liquid the cooling system.

Fill a refrigerating contour with coolant by means of gas station.

NOTE Correctly fix a brake hose and wires of the sensor of speed of ABS. Do not overwind a brake hose.

Connect the rechargeable battery.

Remove air from the cooling system.

Tighten the required moment (4 N · l) bolts of fastening of a cover of the rechargeable battery.
