Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Remove the top covers of the engine.

Remove forward wheels.

Remove the left and right flaps.

Remove protection of the pallet of a case of the engine.

Merge oil from the transmission.

Merge oil from the engine.

Disconnect the rechargeable battery.

Merge coolant from a refrigerating contour by means of gas station.

Remove side amplifiers of a stretcher and a front bumper.

Disconnect a cowl lock drive cable.

Disconnect windscreen washer tubes.

Merge liquid from the engine cooling system.

Turn off bolts of fastening and remove the forward panel of a body.

Disconnect the bringing fuel-supply line from a toplivoraspredelitelny stage (fig. 2.92).

Disconnect the bringing hose from an engine cooling system radiator by means of adaptation (Mot. 1202-01 or Mot. 1202-02 or Mot. 1448).

Disconnect blocks of wires from the engine cooling system electric fan.

Disconnect a plait of wires of the electric fan of the cooling system of the engine.

Disconnect the air duct from an airair cooler (fig. 2.93).

Disconnect:

– a block of wires from the pressurization pressure sensor;

– a block of wires from the air temperature sensor;

– a block of wires from the engine cooling system electric fan resistor.

Take aside the air duct (fig. 2.94).

Remove the taking-away air duct of the air filter.

Disconnect hoses of a broad tank from an engine cooling system radiator.

Separate pressure sensor socket on the lower pipeline of the air conditioning system of the condenser.

Remove pipelines of a refrigerating contour from the condenser and the pipeline of a refrigerating contour between the compressor and a receiver dehumidifier.

NOTE Surely muffle openings of pipelines and a reducer not to allow hit of moisture in system.

Remove an engine cooling system radiator assembled with the condenser.

Separate EBU sockets.

Turn off bolts of fastening and remove the shelf under the rechargeable battery.

Take aside the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber.

Turn off a bolt, pull for a rack of fastening of the water electric pump and, having taken aside the water electric pump, remove an arm of the water electric pump (fig. 2.95).

Remove EBU assembled with an arm (fig. 2.96).

Remove the case of the air filter.

Separate sockets of a plait of wires of the block of the relay.

Disconnect the "mass" tire.

Remove a hose of selection of discharge of the vacuum amplifier of brakes (fig. 2.97).

Separate the socket of the lower oxygen sensor.

Disconnect cables of the choice and gear shifting from the transmission.

Disconnect cables from levers on the transmission, having squeezed a cable tip in points And, pull a clamp in the direction B and raise cables in a point With, as shown in the figure 2.98.

Remove a spherical tip of a cable of the multipurpose switch (fig. 2.99).

Remove a cable of the drive of the multipurpose switch, having unblocked a cable cover stopper.

Put rags under the main cylinder.

Remove a clamp from the union on an intermediate branch pipe of the main cylinder.

Disconnect a tube from the working cylinder. Insert caps into openings.

Remove the feeding pipeline of the working cylinder.

Remove a shaft of the drive of the right forward wheel.

Remove a shaft of the drive of the left forward wheel.

Remove details of fastening of a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases,

Remove the top and lower jet drafts.

Remove a stretcher.

Install the hydraulic crane about a waist or a chain.

Note the provision of a support of a pendular engine mount concerning a body.

Remove an engine support.

Remove a support of a pendular suspension bracket of the transmission.

Turn the engine assembled with the transmission and remove it.
