Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

Disconnect the rechargeable battery.

Remove the rechargeable battery.

Remove the top covers of the engine.

Remove protection of the pallet of a case of the engine.

Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units.

Take off a GRM drive belt.

Remove a front bumper.

Establish a basic crossbeam of maintenance of the engine (Mot. 1672) (fig. 2.100).

Remove cogged pulleys of camshafts, having blocked shaft adaptation (Mot. 1490-01) (fig. 2.101).

Remove protection of a toplivoraspredelitelny stage and the bringing fuel-supply line of a toplivoraspredelitelny stage.

Take the bringing fuel-supply line aside.

Disconnect a hose of selection of depression of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector.

Disconnect a block of wires from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.

Disconnect hoses from the thermostat case.

Disconnect:

– blocks of wires from ignition coils;

– a block of wires from the air temperature sensor;

– blocks of wires of the sensor of absolute pressure;

– a hose from the electromagnetic valve of a purge of an adsorber.

– a block of wires from the top oxygen sensor (fig. 2.102).

Disconnect blocks of wires from nozzles.

Connect holders.

Turn off a plait of wires aside.

Remove coils and spark plugs.

Remove the case of the air filter.

Remove the block of a butterfly valve.

Having removed a lifting eye and having turned off fastening bolts, remove an inlet collector (fig. 2.103).

Turn off bolts of fastening of a strut of catalytic converter to a case of the transmission and a nut of fastening of a flange of the final pipeline (fig. 2.104).

Take aside the final pipeline.

Turn off bolts of fastening and remove an oil separator (fig. 2.105).

Turn off bolts of fastening and separate a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, tapping on inflows with a bronze drift (fig. 2.106).

ATTENTION You watch to damaging the interfaced surfaces of details from aluminum alloy.

Remove camshafts of inlet and final valves (fig. 2.107).

Remove yokes and hydraulic pushers (fig. 2.108).

NOTE Put hydropushers in vertical position not to allow leak of oil from them.

Turn off bolts of fastening and remove a head of the block of cylinders.

Install a head of the block of cylinders on the stand (Mot. 1573).

Remove laying from the block of cylinders.
