Install the car on the two-rack-mount elevator.

ATTENTION When carrying out this operation it is necessary to fix the car on the elevator by means of a safety remenya of safety to prevent violation of balance of the car.

Remove the top covers of the engine.

Remove forward wheels.

Remove the left and right flaps.

Remove protection of the pallet of a case of the engine.

Merge oil from the transmission.

Merge oil from the engine.

Disconnect the rechargeable battery.

Merge coolant from a refrigerating contour by means of gas station.

Remove side amplifiers of a stretcher and a front bumper.

Disconnect a cowl lock drive cable.

Disconnect windscreen washer tubes.

Merge liquid from the engine cooling system.

Disconnect the bringing fuel-supply line of a toplivoraspredelitelny stage (fig. 2.81).

Disconnect blocks of wires from the engine cooling system electric fan.

Disconnect a plait of wires of the electric fan of the cooling system of the engine.

Disconnect hoses of a broad tank from a radiator of the cooling system of the engine (fig. 2.82).

Disconnect a block of wires from pressure sensor on the lower pipeline of the condenser (see fig. 2.82).

Remove pipelines of a refrigerating contour from the condenser (see fig. 2.82).

Remove the pipeline of a refrigerating contour between the compressor of the conditioner and a receiver dehumidifier (see fig. 2.82).

NOTE Surely muffle openings of pipelines and a reducer not to allow hit of moisture in system.

Remove a radiator of system of the engine assembled with the condenser.

Remove the taking-away air duct of the air filter (fig. 2.83).

Separate EBU sockets.

Turn off bolts of fastening of the shelf under the rechargeable battery.

Remove the shelf under the rechargeable battery and an arm of EBU.

Remove the case of the air filter (fig. 2.84).

Separate sockets of a plait of wires of the block of the relay.

Disconnect the "mass" tire from a body (fig. 2.85).

Remove a hose of selection of discharge of the vacuum amplifier of brakes (fig. 2.86).

Disconnect hoses by means of gas station (Mot. 1202-01 or Mot. 1202-02 or (Mot. 1448).

Disconnect a block of wires about t of the lower oxygen sensor.

Disconnect cables from levers on the transmission, having squeezed a cable tip in points And, pull a clamp in the direction B and raise cables in a point With, as shown in the figure 2.87.

Disconnect cables of switching and choice of transfers from the transmission (fig. 2.88).

Remove a spherical tip of a cable and a cable of the drive of the multipurpose switch, having unblocked a stopper of a cover of a cable (fig. 2.89).

Pull for a clamp and disconnect the bringing pipeline of a hydraulic actuator of coupling (fig. 2.90).

NOTE Install a cap on the pipeline to prevent a liquid effluence.

Remove a shaft of the drive of the left forward wheel.

Remove a shaft of the drive of the right forward wheel.

Remove details of fastening of a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases.

Remove the lower jet draft and a stretcher.

Install the hydraulic crane about a waist or a chain.

Note the provision of a support of a pendular engine mount concerning a body.

Remove an engine support.

Remove the engine assembled with the transmission, having turned it.
