Frontal safety cushions reveal:

– from the center of a steering wheel for protection of the head of the driver;

– from the dashboard for the forward passenger.

Prednatyazhiteli of lumbar branches of forward seat belts (5-door modification) or antisliding safety cushions (3-door modification) pull seat belts for protection of a lower body.

NOTE Extent of inflation of a safety cushion of the driver can be corrected by EBU depending on: – provisions of a seat; – blow forces.

At rather strong side blow the forward side chest safety cushion located in a front seat (from blow), at operation protects a thorax sitting on a front seat from a door. The back side safety cushion if the car е ю is equipped, located in a body sidewall from the relevant party (from blow), protects a thorax sitting on a back seat from a door. The safety blind (from blow) protects the head sitting on a front or back seat from a door.

Depending on force and localization of blow prednatyazhitel, coils of seat belts, antisliding safety cushions, frontal and side pillows can work in various combinations.

At operation of a pyrotechnic gas generator cotton is distributed, and there is a light smoke.

NOTE Food to EBU and igniters in normal service conditions moves from the rechargeable battery of the car. Nevertheless, EBU of safety cushions has the built-in reserve power supply on a case of failure of the rechargeable battery at an initial stage of blow. At operation of prednatyazhitel of seat belts or safety cushions of EBU it is completely blocked, and on a guard of devices the alarm lamp lights up. In this case EBU is subject to obligatory replacement (under the influence of energy of ignition some elements lose rating data). After installation of all elements make check of system by means of the diagnostic unit.

After blow:

– at operation of prednatyazhitel replace seat belts if they were clasped, and also a seat framework (food on prednatyazhitel of humeral branches of belts moves consistently);

– at operation of back pyrotechnic coils of safety replace a seat belt together with the pyrotechnic coil (food on pyrotechnic coils moves consistently);

– at operation of a frontal safety cushion of the driver the steering wheel and a bolt of its fastening are subject to obligatory replacement,

– after operation of a frontal safety cushion of the forward passenger replace the dashboard;

– at operation of a side safety cushion of a seat replace a seat framework;

– at operation of a safety cushion of antisliding also replace a seat framework;

– at operation of a blind of safety establish a plate and replace the deflector.
