Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Press clips heater hoses at the exit from a front board in a motor compartment.

Disconnect a cover of the hatch of access to the lower casing.

Remove a side guard of the dashboard, having wrung out spring latches.

Remove a block of wires from the control panel of the proofreader of headlights.

NOTE On cars with system of heating or hand-operated climatic installation install the air temperature switch in п the olozheniye corresponding to the minimum temperature of the air given to salon (turn the switch in extreme left situation). It will allow to lift as much as possible up the control lever located over a heater radiator.

Uncover.

Disconnect an air duct.

Bend an air duct down.

Remove a forward air duct of distribution of air streams.

Take aside the plait of wires fixed on an intensifying guard of a beam of the dashboard.

Remove the lower part of a casing closing an intensifying guard of a beam of the dashboard and partially a rug.

Weaken an inhaling of a bolt of fastening of an elastic connecting insert between the block and an intensifying guard of a beam of the dashboard (fig. 8.141).

Remove four bolts of fastening of an intensifying guard of a beam of the dashboard.

Remove an intensifying guard of a beam, having shifted it to a car front.

Remove a block of wires from knot of a pedal of an accelerator and the switch of a stoplight (fig. 8.142).

Remove a bolt of a flange of pipelines of a radiator of a heater of salon and take a flange of pipelines of a radiator of a heater of salon (fig. 8.143).

NOTE Unblock a flange, then lift it to take from the airdistributing block.

Turn off two bolts of fastening of a radiator of a heater and two bolts of fastening of collars of connections of a radiator of a heater (fig. 8.144).

Substitute capacity for collecting the poured-out cooling liquid.

Remove a heater radiator with pipelines.

Displace collars of pipelines of a radiator of a heater.

Remove heater radiator pipelines, having extended them to a forward part of the car and a heater radiator.

When replacing a radiator surely replace sealing laying.

Installation is made as it should be, the return to removal.

Restore an initial form of an air duct, working through exhaust outlets and straightening bends, pressing perpendicular to a bend.

Tighten the required moment:

– bolts of fastening of the amplifier of a beam (210 N · l);

– bolt of fastening of an elastic connecting insert (2 N · м).

Fill with liquid the cooling system.

Remove air from the engine cooling system.

Check tightness of the cooling system by means of adaptation (Ms. 554-07).
