The mechanisms installed on cars with right-hand and left-side management are various, but ways of their removal are identical.

Disconnect wires from plugs of the rechargeable battery, since the minus plug.

Remove caps of nuts.

Turn off nuts of fastening of levers of a screen wiper of a windshield (fig. 7.103).

Remove windshield screen wiper levers by means of special adaptation (Ele. 1294-01).

Remove an air intake niche sealant.

Remove the lower side decorative overlays of a windshield (fig. 7.104).

Remove screws of fastening of a lattice of a niche of the air intake (fig. 7.105).

Separate the screen wiper electric motor socket.

Turn off three bolts of fastening of the mechanism (fig. 7.106).

Weaken an inhaling of a nut of a pad of fastening (fig. 7.107).

Take a pad from a nest. Incline also to a snimta the mechanism.

Incline the mechanism and install it into place.

Establish a fastening pad, without tightening a bolt (fig. 7.108).

Wrap three bolts of fastening of the mechanism (fig. 7.109).

Tighten the required moment 8 N · m bolts of fastening of the mechanism.

Establish:

– air intake niche lattice;

– lower side decorative overlays of a windshield;

– air intake niche sealant.

ATTENTION Before installation of levers of a screen wiper be convinced that the electric motor of a screen wiper is in the situation corresponding to a starting position of brushes on a windshield.

ATTENTION At installation of levers of a screen wiper be convinced of serviceability of levers (lack of cracks or damages of shliyets).

Clear vents of rollers of the electric motor.

Use new nuts of fastening.

Install the right lower lever with a brush (from the passenger) on a tag on a windshield.

Install the right top lever (from the driver) on a tag parallel to a niche of the air intake (fig. 7.110).

Tighten 21 N demanded by the moment · m of a nut of fastening of levers of a screen wiper.

NOTE Levers of a screen wiper differ from each other – the lever from the passenger party is more bent.

Connect the rechargeable battery.

Connect the screen wiper electric motor socket.
